I have fallen wicked far behind in reading, so a heads up if you start getting notes from posts from way back. Been applying to jobs… whoop di doo… and I swear the most overused B.S. is to combine the words “entry level” with “minimum 2 years experience”. I get that the market sucks and employers know that they can be dicks… but… I don’t get how it has become an Industrial Constant to think “This is the ‘lowest’ job we can offer… but let’s make sure it doesn’t go to someone just starting out.”

It's definitely a struggle and a pain in the ass. I always applied for the "2 years minimum" ones, even if I had zilch
