I reported some of the greatest hits (comments) that my Stan had written over the years, and Prosebox blocked her from the website. Some of my content can be polarising, and I’ve received my fair share of mean-spirited comments from individuals who don’t agree with me, but they weren’t abusive.
I’m pretty good at ignoring narcissist abuse, but sometimes I would polarise with her. Just to practice debating. One time, I just did it for the plot. It’s only worth debating someone if there is an audience. Her comments were private. I try to stick to issues, not the person’s character. Keep it classy while they berate me because they don’t have an argument.
She’s a narcissist; they don’t have self-awareness or empathy. Accountability? They’re allergic. They will abandon their entire family to avoid it. She’s going to be convinced that she is the victim here, so I am going to change my username and such, just for extra precaution. You will see in her comments that I am going to share that she projects quite a bit. She projects projection.
Pathological narcissism is not something I would wish on my worst enemy. It is the highest level of shame a person can experience. Their whole existence is built around trying to hide how much shame they feel. We can’t win with them, so boundaries are the solution.
