Lately, for whatever reason, my diet has taken a backseat to emotional eating. I feel myself slipping. I’ve been doing so well over the last 6 years and lately I have been slacking.
I have a few things I feel like is causing this setback. I’m not comfortable sharing them. Amazing right? I can’t be open when I have anonymity. I find it funny.
The next 2 weeks are going to be super busy with out of town gigs over the weekends. I don’t mind them too bad. I actually enjoy staying at the hotels. It forces me to sit still and relax.
