Today started off good but I got REALLY sick at my stomach around sundown. I laid on the couch bemoaning how I felt till I had to make a mad dash to the toilet. Twelve fluid pounds later and I feel wonderful!

All joking aside I still feel a bit uneasy.
A bean burrito to sop up whatever is making me feel bad would be great.

I think it’s time to kick off the kicks, knock off the socks, shed the shorts and toss the tank top, wrap up in my blanket and just pass out.
