more adjustment in my challenge

yeah you thought i quit didn't you? just didn't seem important to update. nothing major had happened. the core still doesn't look the way i want it to. so i'm upping cardio to 3 times a week. doing the fun stuff twice a week. basically doing t25 for my cardio. which by the way sucks, i hate cardio, i really hate it. i figure i can do this for a month or two and see if there are any results. still going high protein as far as the diet. i have a cheat day every so often. but i'm going to keep at it. i would tell you my weight but i haven't weighed myself in a month or so. probably should get on that.
