Yet another night of barely any sleep.
There is a new Mexican restaurant called La Finka. Ironically they’re next to a Taco Bell. I’ve eaten at just about every Mexican joint in town and I honestly can say this is the BEST I’ve ever eaten. They even put the taco truck to shame and I’ve been singing their praise for over a decade now. Last night i ordered the shrimp ceviche and my Lord was it delicious.
