  1. All the amazing things you can do or be as a human, imagine being so dull and empty, you think that the definition of being a hero is “has a lot of money”. That’s what people hero-worship? The accumulation of approximated-means-of-exchange tokens? How absolutely disappointing.

  2. Why do new-agers call it “manifesting intentions” when they could so easily call it “thirstposting at the universe”?

  3. In the end, I’m just an overactive imagination that has spent over 40 years trying to generate a conscience as its own counter-balance. It is my patchwork guilt.

  4. I could never start a religion because in the end philosophy comes down to “help people whenever you reasonably can, but do it in a fast & straight-forward manner so that you can goof off between helping people as much as possible” doesn’t really have a money or power hook to it.

  5. If we were put on this planet to judge each other, we’d all be born in powdered white wigs, I assure you.

  6. A universe where his name was “Bruce Springstain” but everyone remembers it as Springsteen because of psychic overflow from our timeline. In that universe, it will be called The Mandala Effect instead, history being made and erased over-and-again like the sand-art of a mandala.

  7. Yoda hitting on a woman: “Big spoon.. little spoon… ha. A pair of tongs, you and I will be.” And it works. Every single time.

  8. Believing in self is a sucker’s bet. Believe in your ideals, believe in helping people. Believe in your friends! But self is just a vessel for interacting with those things. Belief in self becomes belief you’re right just because you’re you & down that path is cruelty & madness.
