I took a nap yesterday and somehow tweaked my neck. Oh, it’s not a getting-olde thing. I regularly tweak my neck. Just been a few years.
On the upside, I feel pretty calm and sedated. Must be being caught up on sleep. Hopefully this neck tweak goes away so I can start the next week of lifting tomorrow.

I would say that you need a memory foam contour pillow, especially if you sleep on your back.
