Went to bed last night feeling fine and thinking that I was going to nail 20,000 steps today. Woke up with my right ankle hurting starting around my achilles tendon and now it is the whole joint. Pissed and frustrated is what I am now. I wanted to nail those steps. Now I am hobbling around and have barely scraped out 500. Damn, damn damn.
