But I’m literally 204.0 so if I don’t hella mess up today I should be 203 by tomorrow. Unless my period messes everything up, cause you know how bloat, inflammation, hormones etc. can mess with the scale.
I know that I use too much sweetener / creamer in my coffee but I really do enjoy my morning coffee and don’t really like the fake sweeteners. I can def do Splenda if I had to but when there’s a caramel macchiato creamer available, that Splenda is left in the dust!
