I know I haven’t eaten or drank enough today but I have literally been RUNNING all day. Which is why I’m just getting to coffee at 3pm.

FOOD

3pm - 7pm - 130cals - coffee with creamer
4pm - 630pm - 810 cals - brownie (this immediately exited my body) , nuggets and breaded cauli bites
9 pm-930pm water

Total cals - 940cals
Total water - 3 cups
