Could our second place be sold soon? in Life

Chris moved out in September, and we finally put his manufactured home “on the market” Tuesday. His landlords are going to sell it for us, and they aren’t MLS, so I wasn’t sure if this would take longer. They posted on their website, and sent out to their subscribers and by the end of the day Tuesday, had the first showing set up for Wednesday.

And then they had two more on Wednesday and 2 today!

The person in the office said she wasn’t sure if we would get what we asked for- and that the similar one that she thought we saw and commented to her, she thought that went for the same price as we were listing (it was listed for 10k higher). It was older, but might have wood floors (couldn’t tell for sure and it wasn’t mentioned so it may have just been laminate like ours) and it did have a wood tiny porch out front which we don’t. Either way, seems like we’re in the ballpark if we’re having 5 showings in the first two days? She did say that she wouldn’t have thought there was a chance we’d get what we were asking a few years ago but she told Chris they were selling for THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS higher than a few years ago. WOW.
