Been reading up on different BBQ (not grilling) techniques for baby back ribs.

Came across a good dry rub recipe and the indirect cooking method.

Place a tin foil pan with about a 1/4 of water in the grill and light the coals on the side. Do the cooking over the pan of water. Keep it around 275 to 300.
Cooked ribs hour and a half to two hours. Wrap in foil and put back on grill roughly about another hour.
Remove foil and then sauce every five minutes till you get the consistency you want.

They were delicious! However I need to tweak the dry rub. Less pepper and paprika.

Dry Rub:
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
1 1/2 tablespoons pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Add all to a small bowl and whisk till well blended.
