I struggle with movement too. lol I have been taking 1 tbs of chia seeds in water (soaked for a little bit), with a table spoon of lemon juice and a bit of stevia to sweeten it, at night. It seems to be helping. Better than metamucil.
I'm stuck between 147-148ish. its so frustrating b/c I am exercise a lot and paying really close attention to my diet.
when i feel really tired and don't want to exercise, I take a prework out and that really helps.
