I forgot to weigh myself before getting dressed this morning but I think I’m on an upward trend so it’s better not to look.
A week ago I was 212 and then while watching my cals (pretty much staying around 1500) and exercising almost every day. I got down to 208 and then I had 1 day where I prob ate 3000 cals and I’m probably back up to 212 and have to do it all over again.
THIS is why I’ve been bouncing between 215 and 205 for months. It’s really disheartening that one day of bad food could undo 5 days of good but - this is how my body is. Maybe yours too.
630am - 730am 570 cals - had to try DD’s cake batter ice coffee. It was good. Tasted like sprinkles or marshmallow or something. Just pure sugar.. and the mini bagels

270 cals - terriyaki chick’n bowl
