I forgot to weigh myself before getting dressed this morning but I think I’m on an upward trend so it’s better not to look.
A week ago I was 212.
And then while watching my cals (pretty much staying around 1500CALS) and exercising almost every day. I got down to 208 and then I had 1 day where I prob ate 3000 cals and I’m probably back up to 212 and have to do it all over again.
THIS is why I’ve been bouncing between 215 and 205 for months. It’s really disheartening that one day of bad food could undo 5 days of good but - this is how my body is. Maybe yours too.
I know I should take measurements but I don’t want to until I break the 205 brick wall…
630am - 730am - 570cals - had to try DD’s cake batter ice coffee. It was good. Tasted like sprinkles or marshmallow or something. Just pure sugar… and the mini bagels.
9am - pm - 10cals 4cps water w/ Gatorade flavor
130pm - 2pm - 270 cals - teriyaki chick’n bowl
600Pm - 630pm - 330cals - chocolate PB protein shake
7pm - 730pm - 220cals - pizza crunchers
830pm - 9pm - 210cals cauliflower bites
Total cals - 1500
Total water - 6 cups
40 min turbo fire exercise tape - it was fucking hard
