Weekend Drowning (updated) in Hello

Got hammered the last three nights. I’m not proud.
No excuses, just wanted to drink. Ugh.
Hours later…
My right hand is really bothering me. The index finger has a prickly sensation like it’s asleep and my pinkie knuckle is aching. It’s been like this for a while but it feels like it is getting worse. Ugh…
Went to Publix for my meds and a trio of veggies. Cooking up some teriyaki pork later tonight and thought some stir fried ‘shrooms, zucchini and broccoli would add some tasty goodness to the dish.
Mom has a colonoscopy scheduled for Saturday the 7th (on a weekend?) so she’s taking off the whole three days. I’ll be on babysitting detail.
I still feel awful.

Colonoscopy. The prep is the worst part. I had one last year. Big emphasis on cleaning those guts out! Same thing can happen with drinking. You work hard. Fuck it. Clean your mind out for a while. Yeah, this from a reformed drinker. I wish I could drink these days ;-)
