To Everyone Outside the US in Phoenix Rises Again

Does anyone know where I can go to get a free or low cost college education as a foreigner. I desperately want to go to med school. It’s too expensive here. Let me know how it works where you are from. I should mention that I only speak english, a little spanish, and a small spattering of japanese.

I'm using Coursera. Probably not med school but a step towards financial strength potentially.
