practice --> power in growing pains

practice makes perfect. if i practice power, i become more powerful.
what does power mean to me?
- following my heart
- taking risks
- remembering that i am embodied
- nourishing this body
- living my truth, which is inherently radical under these structures and systems that are not serving humanity
- daydreaming instead of ruminating
- taking pleasure in taking deep breaths
- taking the medicines that help me
- taking risks
- knowledge
- knowing that i will always be okay, as long as i remember who i am
- lovingly cultivating relationships
- playing
- high standards for how people treat me
- unapologetic, real, divine femininity
- there is so much power in the written word. i want to wield this power to its highest potential. practice makes perfect
