cardio/rest/whatever in my challenge

so it was cardio, i hate cardio. got through it, feeling much denser than when i had started this program. not denser in a bad way, when i started i was made out of cookie dough now i am made out of rock. its very fun. the mid section is still fighting with everything it has to stay. my sleep schedule hasn't been helping. just haven't been able get a good night's sleep. my room has been very warm but i am not going to turn the ac on until its over 80. i actually slept on an ice pack last night.
