I had my weigh in... And gained half a pound.
It's disappointing cause I have been exercising but my eating has been shit.
So I put a calorie counter on my phone. It says around 1300 cals is a good way to lose weight.
I dunno. It's so hard to say no to food.
But a personal best on the treadmill. 1. 39 miles in 30 mins.

good job on the treadmill though, glad you have motivation. as i always say, it's 20% exercise, 80% food. Cutting out food is hard, as you know, but as long as you're trying that's all taht matters. You have to start somewhere, right?
