Visit to the doc got me scared.

BP 190 over 107.

As of today, I’m no longer a smoker or drinker. I’ll work on all the bad food later.

For a guy with a history of self harm, I don’t wanna die. Not like that…

Also I heard about a book called Whole by Melissa Moore today which I want to read.

I get ya. I hope you get things under control.

It can be hard to not just fucking punish yourself.

question? Why did it take you so long to stop this? And as for the eating all you need to do is stop eating packaged crap and eat more fruit and vegetables...fresh or frozen. Try to stay away from the canned crap to except for tuna and salmon.

Honestly? I'm a dumbass that likes to wallow in self pity.
I don't really eat much packaged food, I do eat veggies but my downfall is sweets and pastries.
