The crap at work threw me into a dark downward spiral. Between the heat, the change up in what I’d be doing and a few other factors I jumped right into a bottle and stayed there.

Off
Day
(Usually on Sunday’s, too. Even though I knew I had work and the intense heat would make the hangover worse.)
I’m trying to build myself back up.
Guess I’m getting their.
