My stomach is acting up.
I had a protein shake after my work out (like 830am).
Then I was feeling a little peckish and had a hand full of cashews, chewed well around 1030am. I snack on nuts weekly, if not daily.
Then around noon I felt like I was gonna vomit. Cramps, gas and watery mouth. I’ve kinda been fighting it, pushing it back. I pooped twice and I thought that would resolve it but it keeps coming in waves and then I go again.
It’s just unfair!
