Don’t be fooled by the 30.5 inches lost total cause even though I lost 5lbs this month I lost no inches from April to May.
I’m a little freaked out at how little I lost in 30 days.
I completely blame myself because I didn’t really take this month seriously.
The bigger picture is that I’m in the 220’s, down from the 290’s in less than a year and I’m getting nearer to the smallest size Will has ever seen me - but this is def what I needed to motivate me to kick my own ass next month. I can’t rest on my laurels as they say. Maybe I’ll actually go to the gym tomorrow…
OH and I asked Will if he was interested in going to the gym and just doing upper body stuff - not cardio that might set off a spasm - and he said yes!
So maybe this weekend we’ll start going to the gym together sat / sun - but the rest of the week we’ll go separately cause of work schedules…
