To be down a lb after the way I ate yesterday is a miracle.

So it was someone’s last day and they brought in a bunch of Easter candy and I had 1 pb dove candy. And it was GOOD. But I was able to not inhale the bag.

Then we ordered out from a jap place and I got veg tempura. I was kinda put on the spot. Being vegetarian there weren’t many low carb choices cause everything has rice or noodles. AND I was trying to be cheap because someone else was paying. So instead of getting sushi I essentially got fried veggies AND at the entire portion, which was 6 - 8 pieces. I was feeling FULLLLLL after that.

That was maybe at 2pm. Then I had some TNR errands after work and didn’t get home till 7. I don’t even know if I was hungry but Will had ordered Mexican. He got a veggie quesailla to share and me veggie hard tacos - him chicken I guesss, I dunno.

I asked him if he really needed to order 3 things - I mean, he knows we can barely eat but his eyes are bigger than his stomach.

The quesadilla was BIG - like each slice was like a slice of pizza AND it came with chips!

So I dug in and had like 10 chips with guac and one slice of quesadilla and I was extremely full - like hurting - and I just didn’t even touch the tacos.

I wish he didn’t do that but when I tried to express that I wish he didn’t do tha - esp. since we had healthier food in the house - he got annoyed.

And I just shut up cause I don’t want to fight.

The MAIN POINT ALWAYS IS I HAVE TO HAVE THE WILL POWER TO SAY NO.

I hate that he brings in bad food and I tell him this BUT he won’t stop. I HAVE TO SAY NO.

I could have not eaten it or eaten something healthier from the fridge.

I can’t eat every slice of cake offered to me and then blame the chef! I REALLY have got to learn to say no because I live with the biggest sabotager of them all…
