Well I better lose weight now in Weight Loss Surgery

I think I had my first dumping.

And I’m sure this wasn’t the worst it could be.

I had some vegan deli slices (like 4) and I’ve had them before.

I’m supposed to eat soft foods and they are but I was hungry and I think I scarfed them don’t too fast.

And a couple of hours later I couldn’t leave the bathroom. For like 2 hours.

It was rough. I mean liken it to a stomach bug I guess. My stomach was killing me.

Even now I’m not great but out of the bathroom.
