Update in Journal 2020

I had someone say today they thought that I hated them and that they had tried to kill themselves, it felt hinted like it was my fault. I couldn’t…I just cried Ben crying but I couldn’t even speak, I couldn’t even talk I just kept crying and I have been crying off and on for the past five hours
