My boss told me I was one of the most dependable employees she has and she feels I'm one of the few employees she can count on.
I come in on time, do my job - or things outside my job, stay late when I'm not finished or they ask (come in early for the same reasons, I don't gossip, I don't complain.
I hope when my 1 yr anniversary comes up they remember...
Can't wait for my treadmill!
