pushing through and breaking equipment. in my challenge

i don't know how long i've been going at this. i have hit the point of being excited when i'm going to work out the upper body. i don't like yoga or legs day most of the time. the diet part has been ok. i have done a pretty good job i think. though i could be wrong as i'm not shredded yet. but i'm not upset with that, not yet. i'm getting back to the point where i like working out again, where my days are better when i do that. theres a nice cocktail of supplements and vitamins going on which will be tweaked a little bit next week. my recovery time still sucks. take almost 2 days afterwards to recover. i'm willing to give it a day. sure i'm a little bit older, but i know that my body can do every other day at 200%. it did a couple years ago, literally a couple years ago, its not like 10 or 15 years ago. i know i'm in my early 30's it might now take just a little bit more time than when i was 15.
