What is a persons worth? in My Therapy Book

I often wonder at my own self worth, what purpose do I serve and why am I here. Sure, I am a father, employee, and friend but in the grand scheme of things what purpose do I serve on this ball of dirt spinning around at 1000 mph. It seems like everything you do really does not matter for the most part. You try and do good, treat people right and make good choices but in the end it always seems to come out the same. Crap.

I get up and go to work, what do I really accomplish, what do I make better?
