I didn't use salt and ice last night. Went to bed feeling like shit. Woke up wanting to use. The feeling has stayed with me all day and the urge is just getting stronger.
All this is because I have not had a drink since Friday after months of drinking straight 100 proof vodka from when I woke up till I passed out.
My usual had been binge drink for 4 days then nothing for 2 then start all over again.

Wow I forgot all about salt and ice. I used to do that all the time when I was younger. stopping drinking is hard, you just got to keep going. x
