Disclaimer, My complaint is lengthy. First, I am an indigent CLIENT filing a misconduct complaint against former Concord NHPD office, Managing Attorney Jacki Smith and former Executive Director of NHPD, Attorney Christopher Keating. Understand, I am requesting that in your determination, that you advocate on my behalf, the client. According to Rule 3.1, ADVOCATE, NEW HAMPSHIRE RULES OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT, the determination of advocacy should not be construed for the attorneys complained about. In the determination, the advocate has a duty to use legal procedure for the fullest benefit of the client's cause, not the accused attorneys. I know that my complaint is lengthy (ask Keating, "Earlier this year you wrote me a lengthy letter explaining..."), or more appropriately, comprehensive and I make no excuses and I hope that my comprehensive argument isn't used against me as attorney Keating seemingly has. Please do not be annoyed by the length of my complaint like Keating inferred his annoyance in his correspondence rather than the credibility of my complaint, but instead find some, truth, justice, compassion and empathy to my case. I have a great deal of effort in making this manifesto as legible, decipherable and organizing my thoughts to the best of my limited skills and education. We all know that the NEW HAMPSHIRE RULES OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT, the many related committees is a much larger process than my manifesto. Said rules of conduct required a great deal of my time and concentration in trying to interpret the legal language and translate it into English. Understand that I am not on an even playing field in my complaint, given that I am dealing with the almost exclusively attorneys, all having graduate degrees in law, when all I have is a simple little high school diploma. Any assistance, due consideration of my disadvantages and understanding, any help in this regard would be appreciated to even the playing field. Please give all due considerations for the discrepancies. Further on, I have perceived in my judgment that the fidelities of my affair make it essential to share comprehensive explanations of the facts, submit comprehensive documentation as well as background of the matter, which is necessary in applying the facts and nuances of my particular misconduct complaints. Please understand that I have given months to Smith and Keating over the course of the past 2 or 3 years to date and I think it is only fair that the committee read my entire complaint as a reminder before making judgment out of respect to me and Smith and Keating. I thank you so much ahead of time for your time and your diligence in my present state of affairs, as well as your commendable commitment to attorney conduct. If you are volunteers, I commend you even more. Don't blame it on me, blame it on the duo of Smith and Keating as to why we are here.
