I am doing alright. I gotta get back into the swing of regularly going back to Grandlake clinic rolls eyes. After they treated me the way they did its a matter of biting my tongue and only disagreeing with what I think isn't right. Other than that I am doing alright. Mentioned the jeep to my dad last Monday, as expected he was drunk. He said that he would fix it and get it to me by the end of the month. I ended the call warning him that once he gets back from visiting his newly found lady that I WILL be dogging him about my jeep until I receive it. I made the ultimate decision that after I get the jeep, I will no longer have time for him as he has treated me. He has my current number, Facebook, and he knows where I live.
Recently in the past week my mother has been calling me daily and basically we are rekindling our relationship. Things are going better between her and I than how we treated each other in the past when her and my dad were still married. That's a good thing. So we made a pact a few days ago to cut my father out of our lives because it would be easier on us and that we will both help support each other on the subject matter. I haven't seen her in a little over 3 years since the divorce and her moving back to Texas. So we are making plans to see and visit each other but they aren't concrete as of yet. I have to talk to mom and dad tomorrow to see where they stand and we'll go from there. She wants to take a plane to and from here, stay with us for four days to a week. Personally I think a week would be more reasonable seeing that my baby only gets a day or two off every week. But if not we can figure out a shorter visit or something. I'm really excited because she is the only one out of my family who hasn't met my baby's parents. giggles She told me that she would much rather do that then going through the hassle of being around my father, quite frankly I don't blame her.
Well in the mean time, Les is in Fayettevilles VA hospital system and she has to wait bout two weeks or so until they can get her a appointment at the Jay clinic. Mom and I are hoping they can treat and care for her better than Vinitas clinic. The only two issues we have with her is getting her to take her meds consistently on a daily basis and getting her to eat better. Mom hasn't been feeling too good lately. She's dealing with menopause and is trying to patiently wait for her menstral cycles to stop. She gets literally deathly anemic when she goes through these spells. Her hormones are raging so bad that she goes through many emotions at the same time it seems and its driving her crazy. Sadly menopause is a subject I'm not familiar with so I have a hard time relating with her unless I compare her to some of the women in my family that did or is going through it as well.
Sold three of the puppies and we are waiting until Tuesday for the couple to pick up their two. Then we will be keeping the only girl out of the litter and her name is Sweet Pea, after her daddy. :3 We also have a new addition to our family. Her name is Mei Ling but we call her May May for the most part, shes a chow and is a week younger then Lola's most recently litter. Our main goal for this year is to put the down payment on the house and get our mortgage started then we shall go from there. That would be it for now! Thanks for reading. :)
