There is nothing special about my life so I don’t know why I’m writing in a public diary forum? Website? Whatever.
I’m kinda just your average depressed American. Way to overweight for their own good and in too much college debt to ever make it out.
I grew up thinking that America was the best country in the world; that we were number one in everything. Now? I would love nothing more than to live in another country because America is just a giant shit show at the moment. I never really payed attention to politicas all that much. trump was the first president that I really started paying attention to. I was still just a little to young to really give a shit about Obama but Trump is directly going to impact me.
I’m now able to vote which is cool but at the same time my vote isn’t going to matter. the Electoral college is the biggest load of bullshit I’ve ever laid eyes on. I’ve never understood why the president isn’t elected by popular vote. I live in a red state so my vote is never going to count. it really is bullshit. And boomers are always wondering why kids my age are never going out and voting. BECAUSE OUR VOTES DON’T MATTER.
I would love for nothing more that trump to be kicked out of office but I know it’s never going to happen. The republicans are just far to corrupt at this point to open their eyes and do what’s right. All they care about is being re elected so of course they aren’t going to vote him out of office. American politicas can suck my ass.
