Highway To The Comfort Zone in Life After 60

Comfort Zone Ahead. The place where dreams go to die. Back in my younger days, I had it all figured out. A house, nice yard, three sons and a wife…and we would grow old together watch our grandchildren grow up, retire and enjoy the golden years. It was a great fantasy. But then reality slapped me upside the head.
I have reached the point where many start thinking about retirement. And that is where I am, just thinking about it because the reality is I can’t. Why? Because I hit the comfort zone and didn’t take the chances I need. Also, there was that train wreck when my life turned upside down and my wife of 31 years decided she wanted a divorce. So much for growing old together.
So with more days behind me than in from of me, I decided to so somethings I was always afraid to do earlier in life. I have learned to play several different instruments, started my own computer repair business (very limited part-time), I do two weekly podcasts and I write, compose and record my own songs. And yesterday I took another giant step and started the process to copyright my first ten songs.
I have never been one who would self-promote. But I am learning if I am going to get any exposure without spending a ton of money I have to start. So with that being said, I invite the curious, brave and music lovers of all kinds to check out my website and my SoundCloud page. The links are listed below. Thanks for checking them out and have a great day.
