Day 1. in My Weightloss Diary

I was suppose to work on the charity dress due Tuesday but I simply haven’t. Instead I decided to fix the Nutribullet which broke last week which as always, I had started a healthy regime but when in broke I then decided to make a cookie brownie which if my mother had not hidden from sight I would have eaten it all yesterday. Anyways I was able to fix it from an old Nutribullet that I already had, that probably messes up the warranty but honestly I have no idea where I have it or if I threw it out. Anyways to the dirty details of what I ate Sunday. My fat ass decided to eat
White Rice with Melted Cheddar Cheese Two eggs, Coffee and a bunch of Sugar.
After that I took a zip of Minute Made Lemonade. Yeah I’m a fat ass, I’m not joking as of Oct 30th I was weighting I’m at 220 at the doctor’s. I lounged around as the lazy ass pig I am and decided to watch some Netflix. My lunch? A package of Ramen Noodles, and more cheese? Like wtf? Right? And not just cheddar cheese but also parmesan cheese and one boiled egg. Look back at it I kind of feel physically sick thinking that I put that into my body. A few more hours and I decided to look for those brownies. I found them and ate a few blocks with more coffee and sugar to top it off.
So yeah today was a crappy ass day but finally talking about really puts into perspective how little I value myself. I feel sick enough to want to throw up. I’m not going to eat anyway else today. I am going to say no when offered anything in healthy so hopefully tomorrow I start and stick to a 3 day liquid diet on that magic bullet. Perhaps I should start with a morning juice, a lunch juice and a dinner salad.
