A homeless tramp stopped me at the train station and asked for handout, I answered his request happily .. in return he offered me a raw phylosphical sermon of his own, saying (hey man, we are just a shallow intity contained in three : (the beast), (the compass) and (the puff). The beast is our body with all lts animal-like needs and urges: food, air,.pleasure., growth .. Then comes our compass which is a tool that haul the beast into wisdom, knowledge, evolution or otherwise complete foul, we either ascend or decent in his presence, call it the mind. The last one is (the puff) …something inside you but you can’t define or identify, unique but mercurial.. it’s our soul..
Then he whispered (Hey man..Take care of your puff, ignore the beast and ignore the compass..)

Well, in a weird way, he certainly wasn't wrong.
