This is the “many-ith” attempt that I have had at doing this. Not sure if this version will stick around, however, I really, really need to learn to remember not to delete a site / entry before saving it somewhere else.
Last night’s sleep wasn’t all that great, I have no idea why? I was comfortable, its… its… just as if something was missing, and I can’t quite put my finger on what it is. Hopefully, tonight will be better. Speaking of last night, when I got up at about 1 am, Ms Grumpy informed me that she hadn’t had the evening shower ritual when she went to bed. I started to explain that it was probably because she was still in the lounge when I went to bed, but I gave up, gave her water and then went back to bed.
The rest of the critters in the house are a different story. I eventually got up at about 10 am, but it was too late for Mr Nomad. Eventually, when I had already had my second coffee and found out that your flight was 3 minutes out from landing, that he bothered to saunter through the house as he continuously informed me that he was now ready to go outside.
As for the others, Ms B and Ms Noise are both not bothered about anything, although they are a little unsure of why Mr WhatAboutMe is ruffled under the collar. He was insistent on wanting to see in the bedroom and bathroom to see where you were. He’s constantly heading down to the bedroom to have a listen outside the bedroom door, in case he can hear anything. For a long time, tonight, he lay under the table by the kitchen, so he could probably keep an eye on the garage, bedroom and kitchen. He knows your not here and it’s bothering him.
I’ve procrastinated the day away, trying to work out if I want to keep this journal thing, would you read it and if it’s even a good idea. The idea I have is that this will allow you to read the boring bits that I can capture in here and then we can talk about the important bits on the phone, depending on how often we get to speak, that is.
Okay, that about it, let’s see how this comes out.
Just by way of an update, I ended up deleting (again) the version that I created. However this time I actually remembered to copy and paste the entry into this new version! Whoop… damn, I am getting good. And another Time!!!
