Patience in How do I explain how I feel...

Where do I start I just keep trying to be patient, but my current job drives me nuts.... So how can I deal with a job that has no system, and many problems occur that are out of my control, this place I am working at is a big failure.... Honestly it doesn’t deserve its name, and the brand should be withdrawn from the owner...... WHAT KIND OF HOTEL IS IT ??? IF IT ALWAYS RELIES ON LYING AND CHEATING ON CUSTOMER??? probably a motel or a hostel????? it should be a hostel then. I can’t stand working in the place at all, how can I F***NG control people’s minds so they can rate the hotel 10 out of 10 ?? HOW???? it makes no sense at all.....
