A treat for the past two days I made it through. I love pecan pie. However, it jacks my sugars way up. So, I don’t eat it very often. And this is a mini pie. LOL. Not a full-size one.

I love pecan pie. Not to toot my own horn, but I can make a kick ass one. Its light and fluffy.
