Mental health in A Day in the Life of Me

We all hear about how important it is and that it’s one of the first things next to physical health we should look after in ourselves and our loved ones…
Well last night I had the talk with the husband about me and my mental health at the moment.
It’s not good.
I’ve not wanted to be anywhere but buried in bed.
I’ve not wanted to go to work, I’ve not wanted to be around people, I didn’t even have the motivation to get to the gym to take care of the physical me which is mostly the reason WHY my mental health is in the dumps like it is.
I DID make it to the gym today, and i plan on getting there the rest of the week with the exception of thursday and sunday due to work schedules.

i dunno what else it was i wanted to write about today. I think i am just trying to get back into writing to keep my mind sane…

Well done on making it to the gym! It's hard getting out and doing stuff when you don't feel like it, but exercise is one of the best things for your mental health. The more you go, the easier it will become!
