making better choices in 30 day no contact

This is difficult I want to contact these peps, but I have been used and abused by them. They act like they like me but then they use me or abuse my trust. Something makes me want to stay away from them. I tried to be nice but they waste my time: tell me they can fix something when they know they can’t and aren’t going to. Yet let me believe it and I give them a ride to a friends house they tell me they will pay and don’t. Plus so called other friend goes along with it too. I feel stupid. On top of this bf always breaking up with me for a few days and getting back together, after 1 1/2 years. Oh he doesn’t start breaking up with me till he get rich, I was always there when he broke and needed something. Last time I saw him he actually opened the door for me. If I try to wait for him to do it he acts like I’m lazy. When I was the one who taught him a 35 year old navy veteran how to open a bottle of champagne, even my second cuz who is 21 learned that recently. I got a few new people I can try to be friends with in this town, later this week. Also I didn’t get accepted to school, so got find a plan B and C.
