i have found memory
she was scared of you
so afraid she hid beneath quiet
breathing and silent hope for kindness
she was scared by you
and every other man that touched her
saw her skittish nature
and grinned
She (and i) are back now.
We remember.
We are armed with her teeth and my voice
ready to speak a truth that will
silence
you.

Witnessing someone enjoy the effects from thei cruelty has to be one of the most chilling and terrifying things I have witnessed in life.
Seeing your response here is arguably the best and most inspiring responses possible.
You are a beautifully fantastic human being.

Aw, thank you. I'm working on it. Each day brings new things to deal with.
