The knee surgery went very well. As I tried to wake up in the recovery room, my heart burped a bit. Afib, frightening me. But now I know what happened a few years ago, now I know what happened just a few days ago also. The anesthesiologist took great care of me, wrote a letter for my GP outlining everything he did. I sent it off to my GP first thing, along the comment that he want’s me to see a cardiologist ASAP.

Little to no sleep last night for either of us. Huge cold wind storm blowing through, pain kept me awake most of the night. George’s knee kept him awake. We are a fine pair.

Very good news....speedy recovery my friend......:)

Well that was a worrying moment but looks like it's being carefully followed up which is good to hear. Much condolences on the knee pain interrupting sleep for both of you though - that's no fun. Hope you have better nights to come!

Sending good thoughts and prayers for your speedy and complete recovery...A-Fib.... scary stuff. Yes, a visit with a cardiologist is called for ASAP.

Good thing that they caught that A-fib tendency and now they can safeguard against it . Sorry about the knee pain. Hoping it’s better today .

Vastly better, thanks.

Your drawings are completely charming. I'm glad the surgery is behind you but darn, the recovery is ahead. I hope you have lots of good books to read.

Yes, a mountain of them, and the library is only a block away.

Glad the surgery went well, even though you had the scary bit after. I hope your recovery is steady and that the doctors communicate well with each other.
