Welfare Debt Update:
My Appeal went to a third party who investigated the legislation and my personal circumstances in order to make a recommendation to the welfare department.
Thankfully I had just obtained an interim report about my chronic illness from my Dr, to forward on to University, which I hadn’t yet done. So I gave them a copy of that.
Ultimately the decided that the debt should be waived. But I still have to wait and see if the department agree to waive it. Otherwise it will have to escalate to I don’t know what level of appeal there is after this.
Everything Else: I have honestly forgotten. I have been so fatigued and a few trivial things happened like the house leaked water in between two walls where my freezer is plugged into a power outlet but the real estate agent doesn’t much care. And a man came to do repairs and literally screamed profanities the entire time. He must hate his job. The children weren’t home to witness and I was waaaaay out of this world with fatigue so I just went back to sleep and no one was harmed.
On health: Still waiting to see the Rheumatologist. Fatigue is almost ruining life right now. I have enough energy to work, and keep on top of meals (mostly) but study and self care have gone a little to the dark side because sleep. I hope I can see him soon and hopefully he maybe will let me try something else like naltrexone. I’m even willing to try steroids at this point just to get on top of things.
Cocaine would probably work better but I’m all out of where do you even get that?
Speaking of sleep I somehow managed to get whiplash just from sleeping. I’m thinking perhaps I was too fatigued to change position for 12 straight hours? Right now it means I want to sleep but can’t because it hurts too much.
Gave up and bought wine tonight. I’ll have some opiates later to try and numb the pain and get some rest.
I have so much uni work to catch up on.
