You look at me as if I have answers
To a question you’ve yet to find
So you keep me in a warm pocket
Where no one will really mind

You seemingly dance to a secret tune
While I preoccupy my little space
As I sing of another time
Of another story, of another place

Where kings ruled as heroes
In the wars they’ve gone to battle
With knights that shine in blood
Their names will make you rattle

Satisfied with my story
You chose to let me go
To find more stories perhaps
Maybe I’ll never know
