Can't keep up. in Diet and exercise.

I can't keep up with this diet and keeping calories tracked, it's stressing me out so i'll just list my days activities and anything i can remember.
Today was a stressful day overall. I was annoyed with Sean because he said he couldn't go the unit because he wanted to see his girlfriend. I don't want to sound selfish but it always seems pussy > friendship. That sounds really crude but that's just how it is.
I decided to just kick my feelings to the curb and pretend nothing was up, so i made 0 progress on the escort but he said we are going tomorrow.
We went the gym at 10pm, didn't leave till 11:20pm, i did a hell of a workout and could feel the sweat running down my back, my hair was drenched. Machine was telling me my heart BPM was at about 190, so i had the hospital on speed dial lmao.
1.6 miles treadmill at 7-8 miles per hour. 10 minutes on rowing machine (setting 6) 125 calories. 100 calories on bike 45 situps on a slanted bench. Various weights.
If i can exercise like that every time i go there, there is no question i will lose this weight and i will lose it quickly. What an immense workout, i've honestly not worked out like that since i was 300 lb.I've only had a packet of crisp (chips if you're American) today. I'm probably going to have fish and salad a little later, i doubt i will sleep tonight.
Still excited about my wheels on Friday! Can't wait to start work on them!
