A more mobile-friendly Prosebox in Site Updates

Hey everyone,
Whoa, two site updates in a week! PB’s on fire!
If you’re writing a new entry or creating a new book, you might notice that the design of the privacy settings has changed a bit:
I changed this for a couple of reasons. Mobile usage is really high lately and continues to trend upward, and I want to make that experience better across the board. It turns out radio buttons are super annoying to use on mobile, so bye! As an added bonus, buttons are easier to read and interact with, especially for our older users. Accessibility is really important to me and I want to improve the site on that front as well.
There are a few other changes like this in the pipeline, as I think it’s really important to cater to our mobile users. Can’t wait for writing on PB to be as easy on mobile as it is on a computer!
I feel like Mochi is on board too

I think, because I've done the car majority of my internetting via mobile for about ten years, I don't have any problems with most sites; only when things are too small to read. Prosebox has always worked really well for me.

I only use my mobile or I pad so I greatly appreciate this. I wish I could put pictures in my entries but since photobucket went down , all I can do are post links and they are not as much fun. I tried Imgur . I wish there was a way to put the actual pictures in with my phone but I have not figured out how to do it yet. Hoping photobucket comes back .

Awesome! As I read my old entries, there are multiple times I've written "writing from phone, sorry, hate doing this" or "writing from tablet, sorry, hate doing this." This is an excellent solve.

Hi Josh, can you help me please. I can’t seem to post photos from my phone. I’m using the exact same HTML I use on my laptop, which always works on my laptop, but I just get a small empty square instead of a photo when I do it from my iPhone. When I try to use the “insert image” option, I just get a box with “alt text” written inside it. Any ideas? Thanks!

I am having this same issue! I even wrote an entry about it? What's happening? Can I do something to prevent my entries from posting twice? They don't ALL post twice and I don't know what I do that makes this happen?

Just a quick question. I don’t get on here as frequently as I would like, so I usually have tons of bookmarks to catch up on. I’ve noticed in the last year or so (even before you came on the scene) that I would no longer have mutlitple pages of bookmarks. It’s always just one page, despite having waaaay more unread bookmarks to read. I have to go into each bookmark’s profile or book to see all the unread entries to catch up. I’ve asked some other PB’ers and they experience the same thing. Is there anything I’m not doing that I should be in order to see all of my unread bookmarks?

Random question - does this site support strikethrough in markdown?
I keep trying ~this~ or ~~this~~ and forgetting it won't work... at least in entries. If it works in this note I'll be even more flummoxed.
Not a feature I use all the time, just sometimes it's exactly the way to express myself... anyway. I know you're busy, no rush, thanks :)

Ever since I got my sidekick 2 phone back in the day I have never written an entry on a computer. I do all of my updating on my phone. Post photos, make my entries. It's easy.
For everyone who says they can't, try SWIFTKEY. It's a super easy keyboard and learns from you and half the time or more it will predict what I'm saying and all I have to do is tap the word. It says that I have saved over three million words because I didn't have to type them. Though I still just type so I can be a good speller.
