Happy Thanksgiving to all my friends here in America, and Happy day for all my friends overseas/Canada/Mexico :)
Pam and I are going to put the Zmas tree up some time today. I should be dragging the stuff out, but I’m just gaining back some energy. I got zapped for no reason about 2 hours after I woke up. Stupid CFS crap.
Over 50 Zmas cards addressed and ready to put a stamp on, and I just hit N in my address book. I’m just as insane about it as my mom was. It’s sad that sending Zmas cards doesn’t happen any more. Most years we only get three or four of them. I miss having a wall of cards during the Zmas season. It always cheered me up thinking of the fact that someone cared enough to send a card out to us.
Ok. I’ve procrastinated enough. I’m going to go get the tree out.

1972 This year is marked as a black year in history due to the use of terrorism entering sport with the massacre of 11 Israel Athletes by Arab Gunman. Also this is the beginning of the biggest political scandal in modern times and the start of the Watergate Scandal. On the other side of the Atlantic a worsening of the problems between the IRA and the British government see wrongs from both sides and innocent lives are lost.
Things haven’t changed that much, have they?

Yeah, I bought two packs of cards and I don't think mom is going to get many only got a couple of friends who said they send one and I just hope it picks up but I doubt it.
